Sea Dragon Company sends you procedures for exporting agricultural products for people to consult:

Step 1: Has the agricultural product has been accepted by the importing country?

This is important because not all agricultural products are exportable.

You have to check both sides to make sure, otherwise you will have to pay a fee to get experience for this issue

Step 2: Export and quarantine procedures

Although agricultural products are allowed to be imported into the partner's market, the product must still meet the requirements of the importing country. for example:

                                -  The product must be radiated

                                - Plant quarantine

                                - Must be harvested from destinate growing areas

                                - Must check product quality, content of plant pesticides

-  Packaging processure / packaging to ensure the standard, not damaged goods

- In addition, for some fresh products and cold storage on the way of transportation, you will have to pay more attention such as:

                - timeline of harvesting

                - timeline of packaging

                - timeline through customs clearance/plant quarantine/ radiation/ fumigation.

                - timeline for transportation

→ All processes must match together to ensure the goods are not damaged and the quality is best.

Important step for reminder

Avoid charge for electricity used for refrigerated containers when collecting your products

If not careful, damage packages may be returns to the exporters, this will cause extremely inconvenient. Unfortunately this will set you back in financial and time; therefore it is to be avoided at all cost. additionally you will be facing with fee such as (the cost of handling damaged goods, Cont storage costs pending handling of goods, transportation costs to Vietnam)

This is a complicated and risky stage, you should consult or hire the service support parties, thus ensuring a better order (You can contact: SEA DRAGON LOGISTICS for advice or questions.)
