AUTHORIZED OFFICES TO ISSUUE CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN – FORM E IN CHINA

At this time, goods which is imported from China and qualified to favorable tax must have Certificate of Origin (Form E). However, according to Official Letter No. 4870/TCHQ-GSQL dated Aug.20^th 2018 and Official Letter 5057/TCHQ-GSQL dated Aug.30^th 2018, Certificate of Origin Form E is legitimate when it is issued by CCPIT (China Council for the Promotion of International Trade) or one of 42 following offices of China Customs:

Beijing Customs, Changchun Customs, Changsha Customs, Chengdu Customs, Chongqing Customs, Dalian Customs, Fuzhou Customs, Gongbei Customs, Guangzhou Customs, Guiyang Customs, Haikou Customs, Hangzhou Customs, Harbin Customs, Hefei Customs, Jinan Customs, Kunming Customs, Lanzhou Customs, Lasa Customs,, Manzhouli Customs, Nanchang Customs, Nanjing Customs, Nanning Customs, Ningbo Customs, Qingdao Customs, Shanghai Customs, Shantou Customs, Shenyang Customs, Shenzhen Customs, Shijiazhuang Customs, Taiyuan Customs, Tianjin Customs, Urumqi Customs, Wuhan Customs, Xiamen Customs, Xi’an Customs, Xining Customs, Yinchuan Customs, Zhanjiang Customs, Zhengzhou Customs, Huangpu Customs, Jiangmen Customs, Huhehaote Customs
